There are 34 cases brought by the Inspectorate General of Health Activities (IGAS) against doctors since 2018, whose diligences and conclusions remain in the “secret of the gods.” PAGE ONE asked for the consultation and IGAS did not respond. The Commission for Access to Administrative Documents says there has to be permission. Will this be another case to follow to Administrative Court?
