The Directorate-General for Health has, and follows, a very clear strategy: hiding information.

Hiding means any of two ways: not revealing information that it possesses – or should possess in order to perform its function as National Health Authority – and subtracting information that was available.

We well know, because she herself confessed – apparently with pride – that Dr. Graça Freitas does not know how to use a computer. Nor is there any knowledge of the Health General-Director having crashed, besides that of João Baião’s “Casa Feliz”, and inadvertently turned off some server. But one thing is certain: someone has been “cleaning” the sites of the Directorate-General of Health (DGS).
