Thousands of emergency room admissions with ischemic heart disease led to many hundreds of deaths “stamped” with covid-19. PAGE ONE, continuing to dissect the database of those hospitalized in the first 15 months of the pandemic, found that about 10% of those hospitalized and 10% of those who died had ischemic heart disease. Many had heart attacks, some fulminant, but all carried the “covid” stamp. A positive test was enough, even if the patient was dying without any symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
