The Court of Sintra determined the end of the isolation of a woman who the health authority had forced to stay at home even after a negative test for the new coronavirus and without symptoms of covid-19. The court decided “to uphold the present application for ‘habeas corpus'” and, consequently, to determine “the return of the applicant to liberty”.
