68 deaths after taking the vaccines and one adverse reaction reported in every thousand vaccines administered

The recent Pharmacovigilance Report, prepared by Infarmed to monitor the safety of vaccines against COVID-19, presents the reported cases of adverse drug reactions (ADR) until July 22, 2021:

11 314 reported ADR cases (1 per 1000 vaccines);
4,015 serious cases of ADR reported (0.4 per 1000 vaccines);
11 severe cases in the 12-19 age group;
68 deaths with a median age of 78 years and 116 life-threatening cases;
